Booking Expectations

    · Payment at time of booking: All casual bookings require payment up front, at the time of making the booking. Payment can be made by cash, credit card (Visa or MasterCard), debit card or team cheques (NO PERSONAL CHEQUES), or for EFT, please contact our Bookings Office.

    · Cancellations and changes of Casual Practice bookings: must be made in writing (email or fax) a minimum of five (5) business days (Monday thru Friday) prior to practice time. Any team failing to cancel a minimum of five (5) business days prior to practice time will be charged in full. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

    · Questions: If you have any questions regarding your booking please contact the Bookings Office via email or by phone at 413-4125 ext. 1.

    · Duration: Practice and game times are for the duration of 55 minutes and not one hour. For any bookings longer than one hour, the last 5 minutes of the rental time will be utilized to transition the field For more information on this policy, click here.

    · Waivers: All players and coaches on field surfaces must sign Liability Waiver Forms prior to booking commencement. Waivers can be turned in to the building control rooms. Players who play for EMSA, EDSA, EIYSA or ERSL complete waivers along with their registrations at the beginning of each season.

    · Admissions: Throughout the Indoor Soccer Season (usually October through April) admissions are in effect, including for practices. For more information on admissions, please see here or contact the bookings office.

    · Passes: Groups that are not already registered as a part of a league will be required to purchase player/coach admissions passes when the payment is made for their first regular season practice this season.

    · Games: Times that are booked casually but which have officials show up to referee will be retroactively charged for game rates.

    ** HELMETS are mandatory (unless appropriate waiver is signed) for all players, coaches, and referees on the concrete surfaces, and must meet CSA guidelines. Stick sports require helmets to be worn on all surfaces, including turf. Violation will result in $50 fine for first offence. A second offence will result in Facilities Ban.
